Chat assistant: your information

Our website offers an automated chat assistant that answers questions and can set up your cart. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

What is processed. The messages you write in the chat and the contents of your cart. If you give your postal code for a shipping estimate, it is used only for that estimate. If you give your email to add items to an existing order, it is used only to check that order.

By whom. Your messages are processed by Anthropic, the provider of the AI model, and by our hosting providers, Vercel and Upstash, to generate replies. These providers process data in the United States.

How long. During the conversation (up to 2 hours), your messages are stored as written so the assistant can follow along. We then keep conversations for 30 days to improve our service, after removing email addresses, phone numbers and postal codes. They are then deleted.
