What are the medals made of?
Our medals are laser-cut from natural hardwood plywood — specifically PureBond® by Columbia Forest Products, a formaldehyde-free material made with a soy-based adhesive. It's LEED-compliant, better for indoor air quality, and gives each medal a warm, authentic look that outlasts standard metal awards.
What is the minimum order?
$240 minimum — that's 40 medals at the base price of $6.00 each.
How long does production take?
Once you approve your medal preview, production takes 1 to 3 business days. Free shipping on all orders.
What logo file format do I need?
We prefer vector files (.SVG or .AI) for the sharpest results. High-resolution .PNG or .JPG files also work well. If you're unsure, just upload what you have and we'll let you know.
Can I choose the ribbon color?
Yes! Every medal comes with a neck ribbon in the color of your choice. Premium ribbon options with custom colors, dimensions, text, or your logo are also available — just let us know.
What sizes and shapes are available?
Our medals are available up to 4½ inches (114 mm) in diameter. Beyond round, we can create custom cut-out shapes that match your event logo, sport, or any design you have in mind.
